Holy Saturday: The Silent Waiting

holy-saturday-blog-tile

Holy Saturday is a day of waiting. After Jesus’ death, His body lay in the tomb, and His followers were left grieving, uncertain of what would come next.

But even in the silence, God was at work. Though unseen by human eyes, the plan of redemption was unfolding. The sacrifice had been made, and the resurrection was drawing near.

Holy Saturday is a time to reflect on the mystery of the grave and to trust that God is faithful even in seasons of waiting.

Jesus was not defeated. He was resting before the greatest victory in history.
