Easter Sunday is the heart of the Christian faith. It is the day we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, just as He promised (Matthew 28, Mark 16, Luke 24, John 20).
The tomb was empty. Death had been conquered. Jesus appeared to His followers, alive and victorious, proving that He is the Son of God and the Savior of the world.
Because He lives, we have hope. Because He rose, we are no longer bound by sin or death. The resurrection is the ultimate proof that Jesus is who He said He is and that His sacrifice was accepted by the Father.
Easter is not just a celebration of what happened in the past it’s the foundation of our faith today. Jesus is alive, and through Him, we have eternal life.
